High containment filter (HC filter)

Büchi high containment nutsche filters allow for controlled filtration with a contained discharge by wiping out with the fixed glove (made of EPDM) into a bag system. The filter vessel can easily be lifted, lowered and tilted due to its versatile and solid stand.

Typical applications:

  • Contained filtration of APIs / HPAPIs
  • Washing of filter cake
  • Filtration under protective (inert) atmosphere

Our laboratory pressure reactor system / stirred autoclave for chemical research - miniclave -  is designed for the use of interchangeable pressure vessels in glass, steel, Hastelloy®, Teflon. Safety features guarantee safe reactions under pressure. The glass pressure reactors ensure high resistance against acids, while allowing visual process control and monitoring.

With our newly developed heating jacket, you can easily heat the miniclave. To do this, place the miniclave in the heating jacket and the stand ensures a secure hold. This heating solution is supplied with a control unit and enables fast, uncomplicated commissioning and reliable temperature control of the reactor.

The bds XA2 adapter is used to monitor analog signals via RS232/ USB on a PC. The configuration of the bds XA2 is done in the bls software.

Application:

  • Connect an analog pressure transducer to a PC
